    1.背景信息 Background

    統計顯示,我國建筑能耗約占全國總能耗的28%,在我國每年新建的20億平方米建筑中,其中99%是高能耗建筑;而既有的建筑中,僅有4%采取了節能措施,具有巨大的節能空間,能耗監測系統推廣已經(jīng)勢在必行。節能降耗,計量先行。

    Statistics show that building energy consumption accounts for about 28% of the country’s total energy consumption. Among the 2 billion square meters of buildings newly built in our country each year, 99% are high-energy buildings; and only 4% of the existing buildings use Energy-saving measures, so there is still a huge energy-saving space, the promotion of energy consumption monitoring system is imperative.     2.項目信息 Project Information

    濰坊風(fēng)尚米蘭位于濰坊高密,處于山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區和膠東半島產(chǎn)業(yè)聚焦區的核心地帶及“青濰整體化"的重要節點(diǎn)。

    建筑配電箱里的安科瑞DTSD1352電能表均接入Acrel-5000能耗監測系統,對電能消耗的情況進(jìn)行監管,隨時(shí)掌握能耗情況,提高節能意識。

    Weifang Fashion Milan is located in Gaomi, Weifang, at the core of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and the Jiaodong Peninsula Industrial Focus Zone and an important node of "QingWei Integration".

    The Acrel DTSD1352 electric energy meters in the building distribution box are all connected to the Acrel-5000 energy consumption monitoring system to supervise the electric energy consumption, keep abreast of the energy consumption, and improve the awareness of energy saving.

    3.系統架構 Structure

    安科瑞Acrel-5000能耗分析管理系統以工作站主機、通訊設備、測控單元為基本工具,為大型公共建筑的實(shí)時(shí)數據采集及遠程管理提供了基礎平臺,它可以和其他樓宇自動(dòng)化系統進(jìn)行數據轉發(fā)構成復雜的監控系統。該能耗系統主要采用分層分布式計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò )結構,如系統結構圖所示:

    Acrel-5000 energy consumption analysis and management system takes workstation host machine, communication equipment and measurement and control unit as basic tools, and provides a basic platform for real-time data collection and remote management of large public buildings.     4.1能耗綜合主界面 Platform Overview

    通過(guò)系統主界面可以反映各分店用能各分類(lèi)能耗和折算為標準煤的綜合能耗,并計算單位面積能耗。

    The main interface of the system can reflect the energy consumption of each branch and the comprehensive energy consumption converted into standard coal, and calculate the energy consumption per unit area.

    4.2分項用電數據統計 Itemized electricity consumption data statistics

    將電耗進(jìn)行逐時(shí)、逐日、逐月、逐年統計。統計數據采用餅圖、柱狀圖、線(xiàn)圖、區域圖等各種圖形展示方式,直觀(guān)反映各項統計數據的數值、趨勢和分布情況。

    The system makes hourly, daily, month-by-month and year-by-year statistics of power consumption.The statistical data are presented by pie chart, bar chart, line chart, area chart and other graphics, which can directly reflect the value, trend and distribution of various statistical data.

    4.3用電支路趨勢分析 Trend analysis of branch circuit 

    統計各區域、各設備電能消耗,準確定位用電消耗回路,制定節能績(jì)效考核制度,推動(dòng)節能降耗的合理執行。為用能設備建立運行記錄檔案,長(cháng)期跟蹤記錄設備運行過(guò)程中的能效分析評估結果,結合設備維護保養記錄,為設備的運行維護提供依據。

    Make statistics on the power consumption of each region and equipment, accurately locate the power consumption circuit, formulate the performance appraisal system of energy conservation, and promote the effective implementation of energy conservation and consumption reduction.

    4.4能耗數據同環(huán)比分析 Comparative analysis of energy consumption data

    將各種類(lèi)型和各主要耗能設備的能耗與去年同期值和上月值進(jìn)行同比環(huán)比分析,檢驗節能效果,根據分析結果執行節能績(jì)效考核,以及節能目標的修正。

    The energy consumption of various types and major energy-consuming equipment was analyzed on a year-on-year basis with the values of the same period last year and the values of the last month, and the energy-saving effect was tested. According to the analysis results, the energy-saving performance assessment was carried out and the energy-saving target was revised.

    4.5能耗數據分時(shí)統計 Time-division statistics of energy consumption data

    將能源類(lèi)型、負載類(lèi)型、區域能耗按照時(shí)間區分,按時(shí)、天、月、年、工作日、非工作日等對用能數據進(jìn)行對比分析,掌握能源具體消耗情況??蓪⒚刻煊媚馨磿r(shí)段設置峰、平、谷,統計各時(shí)段能耗,降低閑時(shí)能耗。

    Classify the energy type, load type and regional energy consumption according to time, and compare and analyze the energy data on time, day, month, year, working day and non-working day, so as to grasp the specific energy consumption.Peak, level and valley can be set in the time period of daily energy use, and energy consumption of each period can be counted to reduce energy consumption in idle time.

    4.6電能數據實(shí)時(shí)監測和預警 Real-time monitoring and early warning of electric power data

    通過(guò)高精度智能儀表以技術(shù)手段實(shí)現自動(dòng)化全實(shí)時(shí)、高密度的實(shí)時(shí)用能監測,減少用能的計量誤差。實(shí)時(shí)監視現場(chǎng)儀表的回傳數據,對電能進(jìn)行合理的管控和預警,及時(shí)發(fā)現并改正運行中存在的用電異常,隨時(shí)處理。按需設置重要設備的超標預警值,超標時(shí)醒目提醒并主動(dòng)記錄。

    Automatic real-time and high-density real-time energy-using monitoring can be realized by high-precision intelligent instrument with technical means to reduce the measurement error of energy-using.

    Monitor the back data of the field instruments in real time, control and warn the electric energy reasonably, find and correct the abnormal electricity in the operation in time, and deal with it at any time.

    The warning value of exceeding the standard of important equipment is set as required. When exceeding the standard, it should be reminded and recorded actively.
