安科瑞三相導軌表在比利時(shí)光伏計量中的應用

摘要：隨著(zhù)石能源（石油，煤炭）越來(lái)越接近枯竭，污染日趨嚴重，氣候日益變暖等問(wèn)題，多個(gè)國家和地區相繼出臺了法規政策，推動(dòng)了光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。為了更好的分配光伏能源，廠(chǎng)家對發(fā)電量進(jìn)行統一的計量，并根據使用量進(jìn)行合理分配，使能源利用更合理。

In order to better distribute photovoltaic energy, the manufacturer measures the power generation uniformly and distributes it reasonably according to the amount used, so as to make the use of energy more reasonable.

1.項目概述  Project Overview

　　在比利時(shí)光伏項目中，每一個(gè)項目點(diǎn)會(huì )安裝一個(gè)光伏計量箱?？蛻?hù)在計量箱內安裝安科瑞ADL400多功能三相電能表并通過(guò)RS485通訊方式與網(wǎng)關(guān)連接，上行以太網(wǎng)連接至服務(wù)器，將采集到的電參量信息實(shí)時(shí)反饋到管理平臺，配合用戶(hù)對光伏發(fā)電進(jìn)行監測和管理。

　　In the Belgian PV project, a PV metering cabinet will be installed at each project site. The customer installs Acrel ADL400 three-phase energy meter in the metering cabinet, and connects with the gateway through RS485 communication mode, and connects the uplink Ethernet to the server. Feedback the collected information to the PV system in real time.

　　ADL400導軌式多功能電能表，是主要針對電力系統，工礦企業(yè)，公用設施的電能統計、管理需求而設計的一款智能儀表，產(chǎn)品具有精度高、體積小、安裝方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。集成常見(jiàn)電力參數測量及電能計量及考核管理，提供上48月的各類(lèi)電能數據統計。具有 2~31次分次諧波與總諧波含量檢測。帶有RS485通信接口，可選用 MODBUS-RTU協(xié)議。該電力儀表可廣泛應用于各種控制系統，SCADA系統和能源管理系統中。產(chǎn)品符合 IEC62053-21認證。

　　ADL400 is a smart meter designed for power supply system, industrial and mining enterprises and utilities to calculate the electricity consumption and manage the electric demand. It features the high precision, small size and simple installation. It integrates the measurement of all electrical parameters with the comprehensive electricity metering and management provides various data on previous 48 months, checks the 31st harmonic content and the total harmonic content, realizes the remote communication and the remote control with switching input and relay output and boasts the alarm output. It is fitted with RS485 communication port and adapted to MODBUS-RTU Protocol .ADL400 can be used in all kinds of control systems, SCADA systems and energy management systems. The meter meet the related technical requirements of electronic meter in the IEC62053-21standards.
